Sales Tax, Duties, Tariffs, Customs
TheAceofClubs.com is only required to collect sales tax for orders that
are purchased and shipped within the State of California. The sales tax
rate is the amount required by the County of Riverside. The current rate
is 8.75%. Sales tax can be waived if you are able to send us a copy of your
valid California sellers permit. All custom golf club orders and golf
equipment and supplies that are purchased and shipped to an address outside
of the State of California USA will be free from sales tax whether the purchasing
party is within the USA or any other country.
Flat Rate Shipping
The Ace of Clubs Custom Golf offers a current flat rate shipping cost
of $9.95 for any single club purchase anywhere in the mainland United States.
Additional charges will apply for larger orders or for shipments to Alaska
and Hawaii or any international orders. If shipment is to a residence that
is in a suburban area where usual shipping rates do not apply due to shipping
company surcharges, the flat rate shipping fee may not apply and the surcharge
may be passed on to the customer.
30 Day Guarantee
Our Promise to you is quite simple; The Ace of Clubs absolutely guarantees
your complete satisfaction with the performance and benefits of our clubs
for 30 days from the date of purchase. Our guarantee is what we say it is!
This means no hidden small print! If you are unsatisfied with our service
for any reason whatsoever you will get a store credit good for purchase of
another item! If you are not satisfied, return the merchandise to us and
we will exchange the purchase price according to the conditions stated below.
- Guarantee is valid on NEW base model individual and sets of irons, wood(s),
wedge(s), driver(s), fairway wood(s), putter(s) and hybrid(s) purchased from
The Ace of Clubs Golf only and does not apply to pre-owned/used clubs or
clubs customers assemble from components. Combo sets with woods and irons
combined (i.e., boxed sets, 3/8 sets, value sets) are excluded from the guarantee.
- Assembled golf clubs that are discontinued or on closeout are excluded
from the guarantee.
- Custom club orders, where the clubs are built to non-standard specifications,
are excluded from this offer. Any club altered from the original manufacturer’s
specifications voids this offer. Bang and Bangomatic products are considered
custom orders and are not a part of this program..
- Only clubs returned with normal wear and not permanently damaged or
abused will be accepted under this policy (i.e., no pop-up marks, dings,
chips, scratches etc)
- The Ace of Clubs reserves the right to modify this program without notification
at any time.
- The Ace of Clubs 30 Day Guarantee is valid for domestic orders only.
- It is the customers responsibility to pay the cost of return shipping
as well as the full value of the shipping of the exchange item, flat rate
shipping will not apply to the exchange.
- All clubs found on the long drive and non-conforming drivers page are
exempt from the guarantee.
The Ace of Clubs’s Return Policy
The Ace of Clubs will exchange or refund merchandise purchased through
our catalog or website within 30 days of product receipt, accompanied by
the original sales receipt and in new, unused condition. The customer will
pay for freight on all non-defective merchandise. No returns will be accepted
without prior Return Authorization from The Ace of Clubs Golf. Please call
our customer service department at 909-606-6400 or email sales@TheAceofClubs.com
for a Return Authorization Number. If you email The Ace of Clubs for a RA
number you must submit a reason for the return. The Return Authorization number
is used to efficiently process your order after we have received the merchandise
back in our warehouse. The RA number is valid 10 days from the date issued.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and associated expenses
of return merchandise including golf components, tools, accessories and assembled
golf clubs. If your original order was subject to the 'flat rate' shipping
benefit, that means that The Ace of Clubs paid for a portion of the shipment.
Upon returning an item, that portion over and above the flat rate amount
that was not originally charged to the customer will not be refunded. The
refund amount will be the amount of the product only, less the full shipping
cost whether the full shipping cost was initially charged to you or not.
Customers wishing to return assembled base model or upgraded The Ace of Clubs
custom golf clubs must first view our 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee policy
here. Customers are responsible for all associated shipping costs to return
base model or upgraded custom golf clubs not covered under the One Year Manufacturer’s
Warranty. The Ace of Clubs Golf will not accept returns on items in the case
of customer induced pop-up marks, dings, chips, tire marks, deep scratches,
unusual rusting or bent shafts.
Return Shipping
All returned shipments must be accompanied by the original or a copy of
the original invoice or packing list.
Customers are responsible for shipping all returned merchandise back to
The Ace of Clubs. Customers are requested to appropriately pack the returned
items in the original box and use adequate packing material. All returns
must be shipped freight prepaid.
The Ace of Clubs Golf will give store credit only on all approved returned
items. The Ace of Clubs will not issue a credit on the same credit card as
the original purchase.
Exceptions and Exclusions
No COD return shipments will be accepted. All claims for shortages must
be made within 10 days of product receipt. Goods returned for any reason
other than defective merchandise or as a result of an incorrect shipment
will be handled on a case by case basis. Only goods which have been purchased
within the 12 months period of the returned date will be accepted. The goods
must be returned in the same condition as they were shipped or no store credit
will be issued. No returns are accepted for any sale items or items which
have been closed out by the Seller. Customers wishing to return assembled
base model or upgraded The Ace of Clubs custom golf clubs must first view
our 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee policy here.
Merchandise not available for return include: Assembled Boxed Sets, Closeouts,
Golf Bags, Headcovers, Pre-owned Golf Clubs, Golf Balls, Component Clubs
assembled by the customer, Books, Videos and Software, Free or Promotional
Goods or Personalized items. These items are covered under our One Year Manufacturer’s
Warranty.
While we can replace damaged or defective merchandise, The Ace of Clubs
Golf will replace your damaged/defective item with the same item or one
of equal value. In order to get exactly what you want as quickly as possible,
simply return the unwanted item for store credit and place a new order for
the item you want. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and
associated expenses of return merchandise including golf components, tools,
accessories and assembled golf clubs.
International Returns
Merchandise shipped outside the continental United States is not covered
under the 30 Day Guarantee but is covered under One Year Manufacturers Warranty.
The customer is solely responsible for any and all duties, taxes, shipping
charges, or other brokerage fees. Please contact customer service at 909-606-6400

Warranty Claims/Defective Returns
The Ace of Clubs Golf warranty’s all products for one year from point
of original purchase. Warranty claims are subject to the discretion of The
Ace of Clubs Golf. Any Defective product may be returned anytime within one
year of purchase. Please contact The Ace of Clubs prior to returning any
merchandise for warranty or defective consideration. Any product that shows
evidence of abuse or misuse is not covered. The customer is responsible for
all shipping costs and associated expenses of return merchandise including
golf components, tools, accessories and assembled golf clubs.
Shortages
Orders may ship in multiple cartons and may arrive days apart, so check
your packing slip before calling us to report a shortage. All claims for
shortages must be made with the carrier within 10 days of the invoice date.
How to Return Merchandise
Please follow these instructions to return your merchandise: To return
an item, The Ace of Clubs requests that you use your original shipping carton
(if possible). Returns and Exchanges can not be processed without first receiving
a Return Authorization (RA) number from The Ace of Clubs Golf. The RA number
is used to efficiently process your return after we have received the merchandise
back in our warehouse.
Please follow these instructions:
1. Please try to re-use your original shipping carton. Place the returned
items in your original shipping carton with appropriate packing material.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and associated expenses
of return merchandise including golf components, tools, accessories and assembled
golf clubs. The Ace of Clubs Golf will not cover the return shipping costs
on any golf components, tools, accessories and assembled golf clubs only
on defective or damaged items. The Ace of Clubs Golf will not accept returns
on items in the case of customer induced pop-up marks, dings, chips, tire
marks, deep scratches, unusual rusting or bent or broken shafts. Please call
customer service at 909-606-6400 for any questions regarding our return policy.
2. Please include the original or a copy of the original packing slip,
and note the reason for your return, and enclose the slip in the shipping
carton. If you do not have your packing slip, please include a separate piece
of paper containing your printed name and address, phone number, the order
number and your The Ace of Clubs Customer Number (if applicable), and the
reason for the return or exchange.
3. Wrap the package securely and send it to the following address:

PLEASE NOTE: Improperly packaged items returned by customer to The Ace
of Clubs (not enough packing material, shoddy boxes, not enough tape on box,
etc.) will not be credited by The Ace of Clubs Golf. Please take care in
packaging your returned products to The Ace of Clubs Golf. We will make sure
your return is taken care of in a timely manner and your account is properly
credited. We cannot refund your original shipping charges
ADDRESS CORRECTION FEES & OTHER MISC. SHIPPING CHARGES
The Ace of Clubs is not responsible for fees charged by Fedex, UPS, Post
Office or other shippers in instances where the customer provides The Ace
of Clubs with incorrect ship to or bill to address information (Street, City,
State, Zip Code, residential or business, etc.). Shipper correction fees
will be the responsibility of the customer and the customer will therefore
be charged for such fees.
These correction fees are applicable on orders generated from the following
sources: internet, email, regular postal mail, fax, edi, or other electronic
means.
Orders placed over the telephone are exempt from the above stated correction
fees.
